報告摘要: There is a long-standing problem raised by Beurling and Wintner on completeness of the dilation system {φ(kx) : k = 1, 2, · · · } generated by the odd periodic extension on R of any φ ∈ L2(0,1). In this talk, we will introduce Kozlov's astonishing claims in 1950s and exhibit some results on the Beurling-Wintner problem for characteristic functions, especially the Kozlov completeness problem.
報告人簡介：但晖，2018年博士畢業于複旦大學數學科學學院, 現為四川大學伟德线上平台特聘副研究員。主要從事泛函分析方向的研究，研究興趣包括無窮維分析、函數空間上的算子論等。主持國家自然科學基金青年項目，并獲得天府峨眉計劃青年人才項目資助。
