報告摘要：Traditionally, the mathods to derive the solutions for Laplace, heat equations and wave equations are quite different. In this lecture, we will use elementary Fourier transform and ordinary differential equations to get the solution for heat equation. From this solution, the solutions for Laplace equation and wave equations will be derived easily.
報告人簡介：周正芳，密歇根州立大學數學系教授，1986年畢業紐約大學柯朗研究所，師從國際著名偏微分方程大師 Nirenburg, L. 在國際知名數學雜志 Appl. Comput. Harmon. Anal. PNAS, JFA， Siam J. Math. Anal. CPDE, Trans. AMS. PNAS, CMP等發表多篇學術論文。
